Migrate current software development processes and technology for build, deploy and configuration management onto new, modern technologies making use of the new features available.

Relying upon a complex configuration of third party technology products (software packages) that where now ageing for which technical support from the software companies is either no longer in support or increasingly difficult and expensive to obtain a decision was made to upgrade the underlying technologies used. An extensive in house application had been written which controlled the deployment of new applications so new processes were needed to integrate the new technologies with the existing applications which are fully documented and with training delivered to the users while maintain the operational effectiveness of the overall system.

As the project came towards an end, Camnomis helped the project move towards the overall end goal to ensure the stability and continued operation to the customer, while increasing efficiency by automating what used to be manual tasks, improving documentation and ensuring day to day Environment Management continued at a time where resources were stretched due to completing priorities of new projects and business as usual activities.
