We help you create first-rate, high-calibre and engaging customer experiences by applying appropriate user-centred design methods along with a framework for successful delivery of services into live, operational environments and beyond, transforming customer experiences through innovative services.

For nearly two decades Camnomis have been working with Government and Commercial clients, offering our customers a tailored solution to their services need, encompassing all aspects of Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement using the latest techniques and recognised methodologies enabling organisations to maximise operational efficiency.

The discovery phase is the most variable between projects. Complex programme will comprise significant user and competitor research activities, while small startup websites may skip all research activities other than some informal interviews and a survey. The discovery phase can be key to creating an informed user experience.

The aim of the Definition phase is to draw insights from data collected during the Discovery phase. Capturing, organising and making inferences from the “what” can help clients begin to understand the “why”. Communicating the understanding back to end-users helps to confirm that any assumptions being made are valid.

The Design phase of a project is collaborative and iterative. Building on the user feedback established in previous phases, the objective of the Design phase is to put ideas in front of users, get their feedback, refine them, and repeat. These ideas may be represented by paper prototypes, interactive wireframes, or semi-functioning prototypes.

The delivery phase is where the abstract design is solution, content and digital assets are created, and an alpha version of the product is validated with stakeholders and end-users through user testing sessions. During the Beta phases of delivery focus shifts from creating and validating ideas to collaborating with developers to guide and champion the vision.

Taking this holistic approach to services we have engaged with clients in a range of industries from public sector organisations, including Local Authorities, Central Government & the Ministry of Defence.

Away from the public sector we have helped various national and multinational organisations in the Telecoms, Gaming and Utilities industries, latterly integral to the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure as well as cutting edge Financial Technologies organisations processing 40 billion transactions annually.

Our consultants enjoy what we do and we revel in doing it. We know there is not one right answer, only alternative viewpoints, which is why team built with differing knowledge and experience is so important for what we do.

We have extensive experience with user research, end to end design and project delivery. We are used to working in multidisciplinary agile teams.
